These terms apply when you use the Apexion Technologies ("Apexion", "we", "us") website, message us on WhatsApp, or hire us for a project. Apexion is an IT solutions studio based in Kathmandu, Nepal. By using this site, messaging us, or signing off on a quote, you agree to the terms below. We keep them short and honest.

1. Who we are

Apexion Technologies designs and builds websites, custom software, SEO, digital ads, automation and AI tools, and cloud/hosting support for businesses. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we've agreed a written quote or scope with you.

2. Using this website

  • You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the chat assistant or contact form.
  • Content on this site (text, design, logo, graphics) belongs to Apexion unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • We may update or take down parts of the site at any time without notice.

3. WhatsApp and messaging

We use WhatsApp to talk to prospective and existing clients. By messaging us first, submitting the contact form, or replying to a message from us, you consent to receive replies from Apexion over WhatsApp related to your enquiry, project updates, quotes, and support.

  • We only message people who have contacted us or booked a consultation, or existing clients about their own project.
  • We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts. Message frequency is tied to your enquiry or active project, not a recurring campaign.
  • You can stop the conversation at any time by telling us to stop, or by blocking/reporting the number in WhatsApp. We will not message you again once you've asked us to stop.
  • Standard data/message rates from your carrier may apply. WhatsApp's own terms also govern how the platform delivers the message.

4. Quotes, payment and projects

  • Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Final pricing is a fixed quote confirmed in writing after a scoping call.
  • Payment terms, milestones, and what's included are set out in the quote or agreement for each project, not on this website.
  • We only accept the payment methods we confirm with you (typically eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, or bank transfer in Nepal).
  • Once a project is paid in full and delivered, you own the resulting website, code, or assets as agreed in the project scope.

5. No guarantees beyond what we state

We aim to deliver reliable, on-time work, and any specific guarantee (for example an on-time-or-we-fix commitment) will be stated in your project agreement. Beyond what's written there, the website and its content are provided "as is" without further warranty, to the extent allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

Apexion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our chat assistant. Our liability for any paid project is limited to what's set out in that project's written agreement.

7. Third-party services

This site and our communications may rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or payment processors. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services grow. The "last updated" date above will always show the current version.
